Due to the general inconsistency of overhaul mods, the best face mod has an inverse scaling answer. That is to say. If you want the most consistency, just stick with vanilla. If you want small upgrades with very good consistency, use NVCE or its revised version. If you want larger upgrades with pretty good consistency, use NVR by dracomies.

The exclamation marks represent missing meshes. So it's possible you installed the mod incorrectly. That or FCO is being FCO. Don't give it any smug looks or it won't work.
